"My niece and I had a horrible experience here on 10/29. The woman there is not Juli, although I see she answers these reviews as Juli. Juli does not own this place any longer and you can tell! The woman with glasses is rude, disrespectful, and does not care about how your eyebrows look. She almost ruined my nieces eyebrows. She is not Juli who was the absolute best! Perfect brows with Juli every time. Don’t waste your time with this place, it’s not worth your money and frustration."

"This place just got taken over by someone new who is AWFUL. She has no sense of how to talk to customers. She didn’t even give me a name when I asked her who she was and who is her manager. She claimed her name is Julie which is false. I have been getting my eyebrows and face done by Julie for a long time, who is really good. Extremely efficient and friendly. I chose this place for convenience however looks like Julie left. This lady with glasses clearly has the worst attitude. When I just pointed out that it’s hurting when she was threading, she blamed me instead for not knowing to turn my head toward her. I told her she is supposed to tell me what she needs me to do and position me the way she wants, that’s her job! And she kept arguing with me. Ridiculous!! This woman doesn’t deserve any business. Take my word and go someplace else. She burnt my face waxing. Even though I told her it was too hot and she was pulling too hard. I have huge skin tears that really hurt. Attached pics. Update: I did email to address provided in the reply I got to this post and even gave my phone number but did not receive any further communication from them."
