"This was the worst hair coloring experience I have EVER had and cost more as well. The woman never even introduced herself and was in a rush the whole time because her kids had homecoming that night. I asked to cut off all the dead ends and to color the underneath like galaxy, and I showed her a picture. I didn't realize at first, but in the back it was a faded mess. It was supposed to be streaks of purple, navy, and dark green. I got a ton of purple and a washed out green that looked like I had had a nice color three months ago. I sent her pictures and she said she was sick with Covid but would fix it. Then once she was well I contacted her again and she said she would get me in to correct it and she hasn't. Oh, and she won't answer me now. So, I wasted $350 and now am going to small claims court. Please do not go to this person, either she has NO idea what she is doing or she just doesn't care. So disappointed. Oh, and I even asked her to refund me $300 so I can go ha e it redone and she wouldn't even reply. She basically stole my money. Avoid at all costs"
