"For my 10am appointment, she texted to say she would be 20 minutes late. I arrived at 9:52 and waited. She did not arrive until 10:45. We went inside and she immediately took a phone call and proceeded to be on the phone the entire time. I had to leave at 1:30 to get to work on time, she did not finish sewing until 1:47. I had to leave immediately so I don't lose my gd job, so she wasn't able to blow out the hair or blend my leave out. All facts. Needless to say I blocked and will never come back again because this is unreliable."
