"I had a gel full set applied and a pedicure. As the owner was doing the full set I experienced extreme burning unlike any other burn I've experienced any time in 20 years of getting my nails done. He kept saying its because of the way he filed my nails or the amount of nail exposure & that it would go away. Someone else did my pedicure and I wanted to let them dry. He kept insisting I leave with the sandals they give you. It was pouring rain outside and I asked for five more minutes (they were not closing) & for the drying spray. He put the spray and said your all set go but don't put your shoes on. So I left in the rain. Obviously the pedicure got ruined. On my drive home I noticed the burning kept getting stronger and by the time I was going to bed I had taken Tylenol twice. I woke up still in pain and took Tylenol again. I called them and the owner was rude & argumentative. I had to pay another salon to remove and treat them. Then I had to go to urgent care. My nails are still not fully healed 5 days later. They feel bruised and are not in good shape. I will Wouldn't recommend them to an enemy."

"This has been my go to nail salon for about 5 years. They are always able to accommodate me which is nice. The spa pedicures and gel manicures are wonderful. I can always get weeks out of my manicures which is saying a lot since I work in a hospital and I am hard on my hands."

"I just got a pedicure and gel dip manicure yesterday and honestly it was a waste of money and time… the nail tech was polite but didn’t do a good job at all. My pedicure is horrible, the nail polish is on my skin and not even fully covering my nails. And my manicure left me with gel residue all over my fingers.. that they didnt clean and won’t come off after washing my hands. Never going again. I paid $86 dollars for this service btw…much more than what the website says."

"I went to another salon and got my nails done. A week later I had to get all of them fixed because the gel was lifting and the tips were breaking off. A week after a terrible repair attempt, 2 more nails broke. I did a Google search for best nail salon and found New Venus. The owner talked with me on the phone regarding my issue and scheduled me a same day appointment. He then placed me with a wonderful tech, Eva who was so amazing. Her attention to detail was extraordinary and she was able to fix everything! I am over the moon happy with how my nails came out! Photos do not do it justice!"

"They did an okay job. They were nice however the nail techs seemed like they didn’t know how to hand design anything. Went in for gel manicure and pedicure. They did a good job for pedicures but the gel manicure wasn’t. I’ve had gel done for two years and never has my gel chipped this quick. Not sure if it was the products they used or application. I got my nails done on June 17 and 11 days these are the results. My sister asked for a design and the tech straight up told her she couldn’t do it (it was simple squiggles and nail tech should have been able to do it). Was disappointed because there are a lot of good reviews however I much would have rather payed more money and went to a different salon for the gel manicure to last. $70 (including tip) was thrown down the drain. Now I will have to get my nails redone after only 11 days…"
