"The nails were nice and all but the lady rushed me to pick a color, charged me $12 extra for STICKERS not even a design (she didn’t know how to I guess) $5 for nail shape? Correct me if I’m wrong but I didn't think that was a thing also did a horrible job on the shape I wanted and one or two nails were massively crooked"
"very nice nail techs. But my coffin shaped nails ended up looking like a blob and not one of my nails matched another they were very uneven & had little to no shape, the nail polish was extremely thick and the design I asked for was not what I was given."
"my acrylics are incredibly crooked. They bend upwards and aren't even straight... the nail polish was horrible and the nail tech only put one coat. when she (nail tech) picked at my cuticles she made me bleed on 4 different fingers. she was incredibly rough with my nails and i continuously said "ow"... i will never go there again. i am incredibly dissatisfied and upset. i payed 65+ 20 dollar tip and i wish i didn't tip. i wish i never even made an appointment. my dad once got a pedi there and he got a wort from whatever it was that they used."
