"I wanted to try this daycare since I am new to the area. My dog has been in daycare the whole time I have had her and never an issue. I watched her and she was barely moving and playing with the other dogs but they stated that she failed due to growling. She grunts but has never growled at anyone or other dogs. After reading the reviews it looks like it was for the best. We left and went to two other places and she passed the same test just fine. Overall, the staff seemed nice. Not a great experience to our first dog resort in this area."

"Would like to second the recent review (early 2023) by Fred. We've been happy customers at this Dogtopia location for years, and have had many great experiences with the prior manager and staff, including >30 days of cumulative boarding without issue. However, this past week our dog was turned away for the first time ever. While I can respect the manager's decision and I do believe that our dog may have behaved poorly, this is extremely uncharacteristic for our dog. Upon returning to pick up our dog, it seemed pretty clear that something must have occurred in the minutes since drop off to cause our people-loving dog to be extremely distrustful of the staff. The local rumor is that this location has been recently bought by a private equity firm, and our experience suggests the quality has gone downhill, and quickly."

"It's Sunday before Christmas I had so many errands to run and having my Alaskan Malamute (Jacob) groomed in time for our Christmas party totally slipped my mind. I called Dogtopia and was greeted by Esperanza, I could tell it was a busy day I gave her my info and she was able to get him in for a grooming. This was the NICEST and CLEANEST grooming facility I have ever been to. They have an amazing HVAC system that keeps the air so clean. They tended to all of Jacobs needs I even got photos during the grooming! Nazal the groomer did the best job any groomer has ever done on Jacob. Jacob turns 11 next week. If you are close or even if you are a bit ways away you should DEFINITELY take your dog here for grooming. Friendliest staff, high quality facility, and very affordable pricing. This Christmas I got the gift of finding Jacob the best groomer for the rest of his precious days!"

"Pinot loves Dogtopia! The facility is new and clean, and the staff treats Pinot like one of their own! When I leave her there for boarding, Colleen will even text me pictures of her. They also do some many fun events and activities for the dogs (always cute pictures too!) I love watching her on the camera throughout the day and always see the caretakers holding her and giving her kisses! I appreciate all of you! Thank you for taking such good care of my baby! Highly recommend Dogtopia for daycare and boarding! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
