"I have been going to CVS in Sturbridge for years without a problem. The one in Belchertown is horrendous. I had to repeatedly go there for my prescription and it was not ready. I spoke with one of the pharmacists to let her know that I was unhappy and considering going to another pharmacy and her response was “go ahead.” The place is also very unclean and in disarray. The general impression I received is that they just don’t care at CVS in Belchertown."

"I used this pharmacy for 2 years and got nothing but a hassle. The employees are rude and seemingly incompetent. On several occasions I called ahead after the Dr sent the prescription and gave them hours and hours to get the prescription ready bud every time without fail, the prescriptions aren't ready. I avoid CVS in Belchertown when possible!"
