"Checking out @ the self checkout and had a question regarding a item that was supposed to be on sale and a older women by the name of Carol was extremely insolent towards me!! I could not get over her behavior!! She definitely needs to take a course in human relations. WE ALL HAVE PERSONAL PROBLEMS IN OUR LIVES BUT LETS NOT TAKE IT OUT ON A CUSTOMER. I'm not out to get anybody job just someone needs to enlighten her to the fact that it is bad customer service"

"There’s a creepy robot covered in cameras that follows people around. Won’t be back Edit- gave it another chance. 5:15 on a weekday. Place is packed. 2 registers open. Lines halfway down the aisles. Set my stuff down and walked out. Definitely won’t be back"

"I’m pretty upset! I work for instacart and occasionally shop for orders at this store although it’s not my favorite- they’re generally understaffed, unorganized and incredibly under stocked. This makes personal shopping for this store less than ideal. I’ve never done one but a pick up only order came through so I decided to give it a shot. This location isn’t close to me (it’s an hour travel round trip) I figured it had been a year since the last time I’d delivered for them and maybe they’d improved. I was wrong. When I got to the store and called they let me know that the order had already been picked up. They gave the order to someone other than the assigned driver. The customer was concerned that the order wouldn’t be picked up? This kind of unprofessionalism is why. This was an incredible waste of time and gas for me to do a service for this store fruitlessly. I for one won’t be coming back as a customer or a subcontractor."

"if you don't know how to properly address a child without being rude you should talk to their parent and not directly to the child. also if you were that worried about the baskets that were sitting at self checkout that they were going to bring back for you, there wouldn't have been an issue to begin with. maybe do your job so children don't feel obligated to do it for you. Employee was Josh H and every time I'm there he's doing nothing. and this store has gone completely downhill anyways."
