"Went to the emergency room twice. Once for my dog and the other time to bring my neighbor and his dog. Staff are amazing!! Prices are decent. I am from Springfield, Massachusetts, and I recommend all to go there for emergencies. I am also looking into their dental as well. My neighbor had to put his dog to sleep, and the doctor and staff were amazing with us. They also do cremation."

"Compared to other emergency care providers best price and service! They offer care without prior appointments. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt good about them taking care of my dog with an ear infection. He is not the easiest one to deal with but they did amazing. Usually at the vet in with him when he is getting treatment, but here I was waiting in the room for him to be done which was a little bit odd at first. If needed in future I'll definitely bring him back there!"

"One of my dogs lost a battle with her brother over a toy. I called the emergency vet & was taken right away. The wound wasn't as bad as it appeared, but she still needed medication. Dr. Morales & his staff were fantastic. I would highly recommend them."

"Very helpful and caring doctors, nursing, and administrative staff. Plenty of parking. Very easy to find and navigate to drive there. There are only about 10 seats in the lobby. They offer free wifi and usually have a good program on their TV while you wait. Where this office shines is its thoroughness of their diagnostics and how carefully they explain the situation. They have an acute awareness of being mindful towards sensitive situations and maintain a good bedside manner. When my two other vet locations were on hard diversions, we opted to go here. Now, we will have this location as our first choice for emergency care above all others for initial observation."

"They helped me make the choice of putting our dog down. They were honest and fore-front on how a surgery probably wouldnt help her. Which I appreciate because some places will tell you to do it even if it wont help. I appreciate their help and them trying to get as many answers as possible and working with your budget and telling you options."
