"I had an “emergency” with my rabbit, Kaiser, two weekends ago. It was not an “emergency” per se, but was to me because of a prior experience I had with another rabbit that I lost. I recently moved to the area and was about to be away on a work trip for a week. I work in the veterinary field so I know how hard it is to get appointments, let alone a last minute one. That on top of not being an established client. I explained the situation and the receptionist could not have been kinder or more understanding. I was somehow able to get an appointment with Dr. Fitzpatrick just a couple of hours later. The entire staff was so phenomenally amazing and didn’t make me feel like a freak for being worried about my bunny. Dr. Fitzpatrick took great time and care with Kaiser and I, and gave him medication to be safe. It made me feel so much better. To the staff of Salmon Brook Veterinary Hospital- I can’t tell you what this meant to me and how wonderful you were. Thank you SO much and for all you do each and every day!"
