"I am a pizza snob, and have been known to drive an hour or more for good pizza. So you may or may not agree with my assessment. Let's start with the establishment and service first. The facility is small and plain but very clean and brightly lit. Ordering was easy (I ordered online). Staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. 5 stars for all of that. Now for the pizza - I had the regular pizza. First the positives - the crust was nice, thin and had that tasty wood fired flavor. The sauce, of which there was very little, was good. Now for the negatives - the cheese was so-so. It had the appearance of someone putting a slice of cheese on top and melting it instead of using shredded cheese. The cheese sauce ratio was off (in my opinion). Too much cheese and not enough sauce. This rendered the pizza to be bland. I had to add salt to make it have a somewhat decent taste. Overall it was just OK but it fails to make a positive impression. It sort of just lays there like a boring book you just don't want to pick up again. Would I recommend it? NO - it misses the mark. However, they have more to offer than just pizza so I will try their food and will post a review on that once I do. Good Italian food should be like a wonderful religious experience and unfortunately the pizza fails to come close. We'll see how the food does..."

"Delicious Detroit style deep dish. With the perfect crunch to the crust. Sauce is great flavor on the nicely done garlic knots. Check this place out. We will be back to try the fresh salads and chicken parm."

"I'm only going share my experice with margherita pizza. 1. Sauce - overall taste was too flat. As seen in the images, they tried to save so much on red sauce that you do not taste the sauce more than half of the time while you finish the slice. You are basically tasting mozarella cheese only, so the taste is very flat. You would think there is a base layer of thin red sauce, but no. Where you see white cheese means no red sauce. 2. Basil As you have seen in the pictures again, they shredded the basil leaves. Not really sure what the intent was, but visually, it does not look presentable or appealing. Basil leaves are extremely cheap, I do not know why the whole leaves weren't used. For the price you pay, you would expect such a normal standard but not here. Maybe it's better to make it finely shredded, so you don't see the worm looking basil leaves on your pizza. 3. Dough The pictures say everything. When I worked at the Italian restaurant back when I was young, there was a clear msg from the management level that you do not bring food to the customer's table if it does not seem cooked correctly or does not meet the normal standard. What I got is mostly burnt dough all around. If you ask me, I will not come back to this place anytime soon. I might be brave enough to come back maybe a few years later. I can't trust if other foods are going to be in a level of okay expectation. A simple pizza(margherita) was far below my expectation. They also expect the tip for picking up the order. Not sure if that is a good idea. Good luck"

"Was in the mood for wood fired pizza so gave this place a try and was pleasantly surprised. Ordered a large plain and it was a little different but not in a bad way. Its not like anthonys coal fired as the crust seemed a little more structured if thats the right word. The zeppoles also had cinnamon on them and were also very tasty I only regret I didn't get them fresh as they were a touch hard"
