"Stayed here for 3 nights. Never again!! Horrible for a Marriott chain, TV in a terrible position in room, had to take a cool shower 2nd day with no hot water! Now here is the kicker!! The maid service left our door open unlocked 2 days in a row. Coming back after a business day, not once and complained to front desk, but then to have it happen again on day 2. We could have been cleaned out of everything and front desk just had a sorry about this. Total incompetence!! Food offered with subpar. This hotel definitely needs a renovation. Carpet and bedding needs replacing. Very disappointed with treatment of staff for a Gold member."

"Although my expectations were not that high I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Rooms were quiet and beds comfortable, the staff was nice, and the free breakfast was actually decent. Only downside is they could improve their coffee game and improve their beer selection but I won’t ding them on those points."

"We will be back. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts were well rounded and filling. The staff was easily the best part of the stay. Extremely responsive and friendly. There were a few small issues with our room that were addressed almost immediately. The staff takes pride in what they do and it shows. We are looking forward to our next trip to the area and our stay here."

"Stayed here for a weekend in October. Staff was awesome! Friendly, responsive and accommodating. The room was a nice size and had everything we needed for our stay. It even had a mini fridge which is a nice feature. Although it doesn’t have breakfast, it does have coffee, tea, and water. It’s also close enough to town( about 8 minute drive) for any sleepy Hollow events and less then 30 minutes away from the pumpkin blaze"
