Marble Dentistry

"Simply the worst experience ever. Had a dental emergency, called, emailed and filled in online forms, but nobody ever called back / responded. I found an alternate dentist within 2 hours. Marble still not contacted me. Please avoid at all costs, even in an emergency!! Following up - if you’ve been closed for a year, how did I have an appointment there in March, X-rays taken, Cleaning etc... or did I imagine all that?! “Pants on Fire”!!"

"The phone rings out and a computer system answers all the time. It’s hard for these people to answer their phone. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Very unprofessional. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for someone to called me back. I’m changing from this entire ghetto setting. Please be more professional. The Dentist and his assistant is nice. The front desk is another situation. I would never recommend. Unprofessional. Very unprofessional. A waste of time."

I was in and out and the procedure was basically painless, both because of the lack of actual pain and how I was able to schedule a followup with no trouble. I trust their recommendations for treatment and this will definitely be where I go for the dentist from now on."

"Horrible customer service. Do not accommodate active U.S. Service men in the military. My son is a U.S. Marine and needed to reschedule due to last minute orders and Marble Dental's only interest was the $25 "cancellation" fee. He wasn't cancelling, he was looking to reschedule and be seen prior to getting deployed in 4 days. My son has been a patient since the local middle school. It's a real shame and a far stretch from the Washington Ave office of years ago. I asked to cancel both of our appointments and have begun my search for a local dentist who takes pride in serving its community and most of all, the military who serve our country."
