"I recently booked a room and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I had specifically reserved a room with a king-size bed, but upon checking in, I was informed by the receptionist that no rooms with king beds were available. The way this was communicated to me was not only unprofessional but also quite rude. The receptionist seemed indifferent and not at all helpful in finding a solution. It's disheartening when you expect a certain level of service and end up feeling let down. I believe that clear communication and professionalism are crucial in the hospitality industry. I hope this feedback reaches the management so that they can address these issues and improve the overall experience for future guests."

"Ariel did a fabulous job at check in. She acknowledged our reward status and our last visit. She was kind and efficient and made sure we had the exact room location we wanted. The attendant at breakfast on 12/28 was terrific. He made sure everything was filled, clean and in order. We have stayed here many times and it is always clean and very pleasant."

"It's aight. Breakfast is good but nothing special, beds are comfy, the shower can either be set to hot or cold, no in-between without some weird finicky-ness, and rooms are decent. What's insanely annoying though is the fact that the pool is out of order and, apparently according to other reviews, will never be fixed. Not only that, but when I came, the computers were out of order too. Free coffee, tea, and hot cocoa at any time are included. Please just fix the pool already though, it bothers me that every source of information about the hotel says that there's a pool, but what's the point if it will never be used? It feels like misinformation. If you wanna go swimming, go somewhere else."

"HONEST REVIEW I'll be the first to admit that I am very picky, borderline snobby about hotels and cleanliness. I look for clean first, comfort second. This hotel hit both marks for me. We got in late and were only using the hotel as a place to sleep before we hit the road the next morning for our vacation in Savanah GA. So I can't speak to the amenities offered. But I can say our room exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! My husband loved the pillows! The woman running the breakfast (i didn't get her name) was very nice and helpful as well. Thank you for the hospitality. If we're ever in the Sturbridge area again and looking to stay the night, this will be the place we book."

"My room was clean. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the Dove products in the bathroom. I guess the indoor pool has been in disrepair for a few years according to reviews that I read. It’s disappointing that it is still listed as an amenity when obviously money has not been put into getting it repaired. I was not told about the lack of hot water for showers, but my friend, who is also staying here, was told about it when she checked in. Sure enough, I took a lukewarm shower in the morning. This should be stated when booking, but of course people would make another choice in the area. I resent paying full price and not getting a hot shower. The breakfast is average and the dining area was clean. As with most hotels, noise from the hallway and other rooms can be heard. I honestly would have chosen a different hotel in the area had I known about the lack of hot water for a shower. My stay was 2 nights."
