"I travel from Chester to Guilford to shop at the fresh market. Each month I purchase 25 lb of hamburg onTuesdays, Approximately $100 plus other groceries, flowers and bake goods. It appears to me that many of the employees are not happy. Usually the girl in the butcherie is great. She was not there on Tuesday. I have tried calling ahead to place my order but often no one answers the phone. I felt as if I was imposing this week asking for the hamburger, I am never in a rush so if it takes 3o minutes or more fine. Or if you don’t want to do this fine, but please to be called out in front of other customers does not work. Other cool markets are opening closer to me with employees who are less rude. Good bye!"
"There's currently a rancid beef pot pie covered in multicolored molds and slime oozing out of the packaging in the bottom left corner of the cold case that sells it in front of seafood. When I found it I brought it to an employee at the hot bar and five minutes later he put it back out for sale while I was standing at the display. I would tell a manager, but I suspect there isn't one. I was too grossed out to continue shopping, had to wash my hands from touching what the blonde male hotbar employee working today was for for sale or hygienic."
"We came on the eve of the first night of Hanukah to the Guilford store, and the paltry endcap was already nowhere to be seen. There was no sign of or directions to anything whatsoever, certainly no hot food. There were some Hanukkah dishtowels and a few children's books with the advent calendars, (that's fine) but NOTHING else, not even an acknowledgement. I am a big fan of your store and I will continue to shop there, and I have already put in a complaint about this. This is already the 4th of 8 nights of our holiday, we really no longer need much. I know this is relatively minor in the great scheme of things, but it was disappointing and a bit insulting. Ellen Goldfarb"
