Liz got right back with me after speaking with the dentist on call and told me a script had been called in. My follow up i had concerns and Jeanine listened carefully and took my concerns seriously. "Dr. Daar and his whole staff are fantastic. First the waiting times are very low and most of the time I’m brought in before my schedule appointment. He has done multiple implants on me both in Manchester and his old Saybrook office. The doctor is first class, his staff are first class. Without a doubt he has the highest skill set of any dentist I’ve ever been to. He’s able to figure out problems, discuss them with you and then offer solutions. I travel from the Wethersfield to Manchester to see him because that’s how much I trust his professionalism."

"Just left after a cleaning and couldn’t be happier. I have avoided/not gone to the dentist in many years. This is due to hating the x-ray process and previously being told I needed thousands of dollars of dental work. Roney did my cleaning and was great! He did the x-rays quickly and adjusted as best he could when I was uncomfortable. He was efficient and thorough in cleaning my teeth. I left confirming I did not in fact need additional work and to keep up the great work of brushing a flossing. I am thankful to find and honest and caring dental practice. I have told my husband to go and once my little one has teeth she will go too."

"Beware!! First time patient. Seen 20 minutes later than scheduled. Hygienist Kristin didn’t even take time to go over my chart. Very unprepared. Took X-rays and then told me I have gum disease and need invasive treatment. Odd news because I go to the dentist every 6 months for cleanings and have never had any problems with my back teeth?!! Wish my previous dentist didn’t retire! Supposedly not all documents forwarded over which is why they needed X-rays. Did a full head Cat scan??? Kristin didn’t have all tools out needed for my cleaning? Again, more time wasted!! Not impressed with cleaning. No rinse bowls or mouth wash. Grainy residue from polish left in mouth. Suction tube placed in mouth instead throughout cleaning. Lastly, I was in that office for well over 2 hours for a routine cleaning. New patient appointment usually 1.5 hours?? This is too bad because receptionist Nichole was nice at initial booking. Will definitely NOT be going back!"

"I started coming to this practice more than 10 years ago it used to be a great practice. I came in last week with a severe toothache that required a root canal. The dentist misdiagnosed me and suggested I wait an additional week and potentially take some Tylenol to alleviate what was likely some tooth soreness. Despite the fact I told him I had very specific and very intense nerve pain. He dismissed my concerns and assumed that Tylenol would correct it. A week later I went for my follow-up, which was a complete waste of time. I was told that I was correct initially and I do need a root canal. I went to the scheduling desk and was told that I had to wait an additional two weeks for a root canal appointment despite the fact that I had been in pain for 10 days . This place is very very poorly run, if you need a basic cleaning or some basic dental work, it is probably fine, however, if you have an emergency or a serious dental issue, find a serious dental office. Because this is not it. Update: Chatham Dental was able to get me in for a root canal the very next day. I was able to schedule the root canal from the parking lot of Manchester Family Dental for the following day. Manchester Family Dental is a complete clown show. it was a very nice family dental practice years ago, that is really changed now."
