"The hotel staff was very nice and accommodation. The room I originally booked and paid for was not avaliable and they accommodated me, by making sure we had the room space we needed. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing was the room was smaller then I expected and the heating system was loud when it came on and off. Overall we had a relaxing stay. There were stores close in the area. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back. I juster wished that the hotels would not increase the price due to the holidays. We stayed New Years Eve and it was so expensive for one night."

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom tub needed some upkeep but was clean. Most Homewood suites are changing to hotel style coffee pots (single serve) with is disappointing but understandable. Breakfast offered good choices."

"Was here for a conference and got a room the last night instead of traveling back and forth home about 45 minutes. Am I glad our team stayed yes! But my back won’t thank me… because of the hard bed. My toilet was running the whole night. One of my coworkers was given and assigned a room and when she went to go into the room found that there were people already checked in to that room. My door handle was so broken that it was hard to use. Breakfast was decent, so that’s a plus. As for the conference room- the heat was broken and everyone was freezing for a full day 4 day conference. And in the middle of one of the presentations they had maintenance guys using power tools to fix a door. That they didn’t even end up fixing. Very inconsiderate."

"Nice area and generally a good experience. The rooms are dated, and the walls in our room had significant grime, wallpaper peeling, and a couple holes in the wall. We used the Hilton Honors app check-in and chose our own room, but were downgraded (as a Diamond member) upon arrival. The front desk was less than sympathetic at arrival. Overall, it is a good location and was a decent stay, but the poor condition of the room and poor service was less than ideal, especially at a ~$200/night rate. I do recommend if you're in the area, but know that there is a need for updates."

"My husband and I are having some work done to our house and we are expecting a baby so we found this hotel for the night but the bed felt like there were bed bugs and even after getting home I still feel like I’m getting bit. Being pregnant that is a health concern so I ended up having to sleep on the couch in the hotel room when we are so far along in our pregnancy. I shouldn’t have had to but it was the safest option. This was a waste of $245 for one night of not getting any sleep at all. Hopefully in the future the staff will do better cleaning because this puts us at risk. We will not be staying there again"
