"This is a great place to be. It's close to everything in a great area and relatively affordable. The real selling point, however, is the property manager, Bruce. He's so kind and thoughtful. My family and I lived here for a little less than a year between houses. He made both transitions so seamless and stress free. He went above and beyond helping us sublet before the lease was up so we could meet our new mortgage timelines!"

"I lived at the apartments for over 2 years. The location is fantastic price hard to beat in Glastonbury and units are very roomy; lots of closets. When Bruce Meraviglia took over as Property Manager he made so many improvements; it had been run down over the years. He was professional and responsive every time I reached out to him."

"Bruce is the best! I left my house of 20 years this summer. I was downsizing to an apartment. Not only was he extremely personable and knowledgeable, but also very kind hearted. He always stops to say hello and chat and asks how everything is. When I needed maintenance to come to my apartment, Bruce was always right on it. I feel secure knowing I have Bruce to go to if I need anything."

"My little family and I have lived here for three years; COVID delayed househunting. The current team (with Bruce as manager and Art with maintenance) definitely gets things done. We've had our bathroom tile replaced and a storm door installed. The bathroom job was a tedious process but both the contractor and Bruce were great about respecting our schedule. The grounds are manicured again, with beautiful flowers and trimmed shrubbery. Our laundry room was repainted, both walls and floors. The pool is not open again this year, which is really disappointing to be honest. Glastonbury has a great number of public pools so we're satisfied as best as can be. Once I reached out and went up the chain of command, so to speak, the higher ups were more transparent about the pool issues and I feel like I'm being heard. We renewed our lease for another year, it's a great location with a wonderful community feel for the kids."

"We have lived in this complex for 2 years and it has been a wonderful place to live. The location is fantastic I am close to every store, appointment, doctor, dentist, groceries, etc. The downtown area is perfect for walks, getting ice cream, walking to breakfast at Ken's Corner and much more. The complex itself is cozy and homey. Our kitchen is nice and big, bedrooms are spacious and tons of closet and storage space. We have seen several leasing managers come and go but the current leasing manager on site is great- he is quick to respond and super helpful with requests. unlike some in the past. The only negative reviews I have about this place are the trees where I park (a little messy) and the price of laundry. The positives outweighed the negatives however. We are moving only because we got a house but would have loved to stay here longer if we needed to- you cannot beat the price for this amazing location."
