"Was at Family Dollar today. Did not know about downloading app and coupons. Found out by downloading the app I could save 20 bucks. The manager Kristofer had to do a complete return. He had to ring up all my items as returned and ring it up all over again. Took a while to do and appreciate all his effort. He was nothing but kind, pleasant and very helpful."
