"Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 5:45pm. Waited over an hour and it still wasnt ready. I kindy asked how much longer it would take and I was told that they didnt know. I asked for a refund. The pickup desk employee had to get a manager to cancel my order and I didnt even get a sorry. The manager just handed over my cancel confirmation and said "here you go". Awful awful awful. I have spent thousands of dollars at Wings over westfield over the past 13 years and will never be going back after my experience this evening. I had friends over from out of town and wanted to treat them to the best local wings and disappointed everyone. Your customer satisfaction should be your top priority!!! You could have atleast apologized for screwing up."

"Not sure who runs this place but the service here is hideous. I continue to ask them not to put ketchup packets on top of the food and they tell me no and keep doing it. I've asked for a little more sauce inside a wrap and they told me no with no reason why they can't. I've gotten wraps with the chicken so overcooked it could chip a tooth. It's so unsanitary to put ketchup packets on top of the food yet they refuse to stop doing it. Places like this shouldn't exist in 2023 going into 2024."
