"I learned about Oma's Pride while attending a cat show about twelve years ago. Since I fed my cats raw diet, I was interested in quality ingredients, which the company has. I purchased the raw ingredients for my cats' food from them and added ingredients that rounded them out to a complete food for cats, which have different needs than dogs (I own both). Since I had been making my own raw diet for my cats, I decided to check them out. Oma's Pride has good quality food and, mostly, knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful staff. The food itself is excellent. Quality ingredients, well made, well presented. The food is not cheap, but I have no problem paying a proper price for good food. The food is excellent with fresh ingredients, nicely sourced, clearly labeled, well packed. Most recently, around Christmas of 2022, I was desperately trying to find nutritious food for a beloved and ailing pet. It was Christmas Eve, and the the store was closed. They heard what I was looking for, probably noticed my distress, and opened the store. And then they gave me the food (raw beef nuggets) and wished me a Merry Christmas. The quality of their food has always been excellent, and the owners and employees have always been pleasant and capable. Their opening their store on Christmas Eve to a distressed person with a sick pet went far beyond what I would have expected. You can't lose with their products. The quality and kindness of the people at Oma's Pride is an additional treat."
