"I actually worked briefly at Animal General. I left due to chronic disorganization and incompetent management, among some other things- but the kicker here is that now, in December, they are trying to say that I owe them over $100 for medication that I paid for back in June. Their bookkeeping is so disastrously bad that they are trying to make me pay twice, which is honestly par for the course in what I saw there. EDIT: Funny response- I called before I wrote this review, manager Jess has already hung up on me once, I'm just going through corporate instead now."

"My family and I have been going to Animal General for all 3 of our dogs over the last 10+ years. My dog Anna has lots of anxiety, but Dr. Smith is wonderful with her. Dr. Smith is caring and knowledgeable and I have no doubts that Anna is in great hands whenever we need to visit. This is the only vet practice that I trust with my girl, and can’t thank them enough for the service they have provided!"
