"I can't put into words how wonderful this place is. I unexpectedly lost my Zoey at home and called and spoke with Peaches, and through my tears she was so empathetic and kind, answered all of my questions and explained the process to me and set up my appointment with Justin who I met with the next day, he was also so empathetic and kind. I didnt feel rushed or pushed, and was allowed to have a moment with Zoey before i left. I felt like my pain was understood, which meant alot to me. I cant express how much I appreciated the kindness from these people. They made this process of cremating my pet seamless and it was quick, I had her back with me in 2 days. Theyre prices in my opinion are resonable too. I will use this place again for my other pets and will recommend to anyone looking for this kind of service."

"Please do not make the mistake we did of trusting this company with your pet. After losing our sweet dog to cancer - my very first dog who traveled with me from Maine after college, to our very first home, and was with us through life’s biggest moments, this company made the horrific experience of his passing unimaginably worse. The day after his passing I was feeling desperate to have some small piece of him back. After speaking with this company I was in tears with relief that we would be able to have an ink nose print and paw print made, things we could frame and keep with us forever. That relief was quickly shattered when they informed us the next day that our order for these prints was “overlooked”. To know that his body was now burned and gone forever and these prints could never be collected was absolutely devastating. To make matters worse, I had actually ordered a kit to do these prints at home, but we had foolishly trusted that this company was capable of doing their job correctly. I can’t even begin to explain the horrific gut wrenching pain this company put us through. I will never again trust a company with our pet remains in the future this experience has been too traumatic. On top of it all this company had the inconceivable audacity to charge us the full cremation payment despite providing a horrifically inadequate service. You can never right what you have done. You took something from us that is irreplaceable. You should be ashamed for what you put us through."

"Upon the loss of my cat, I met with Peaches Miller at Beloved Companions and she could not have been more kind, helpful or professional. Everything was handled in a very dignified manner and I received my cat’s ashes in a beautiful, wooden box within just a couple of days. I also received a paw print as a remembrance."

"I returned home after midnight early Tuesday morning to find that my AmStaff had died while I was out. I was devastated and did not know what to do. I did not know who to call. I googled and found Beloved Companions. Someone answered the call at 1 am. They learned about my needs. I finished that call and within 5 minutes Peaches called me back. She listened to me through my uncontrolled tears to learn what I needed and had affordable options. She talked me through their packages, walked me through how to order the package online, and told me what time her team would be able to pick up my boy. I was even able to break up the payments into four installments. They arrived when they said they would, at 10 am, and were so endearing, kind, and compassionate. It was very difficult for me to see Capone passed away and they handled him with such care it was comforting. They gave me a chance to say goodbye and I believed that his remains were in good hands. Everyone I interacted with from the initial call through the pick up expressed such empathy and compassion it normalized the grief I felt trying to process the fact that my life buddy had died. "First we spoke with Peaches in Avon which started off the great support service of this caring place. We brought our little Julie to New Britain and Justin went over and above along with other very caring gentlemen.
