"The receptionist and the hygienist Dawn are very rude and nasty. The receptionist changed my appointment without asking me then snapped when I questioned her. It took three appointments and two trips to the office before I was able to get a cleaning. When I was finally able to get a cleaning, the hygienist Dawn never took the medical information that I provided her to update my file. And she cleaned only a small portion of my mouth that took 10 minutes at the most. It was the worst cleaning in my entire life! The dentist is nice but his staff are unprofessional and miserable people."
