"I wish I wrote everyone’s name down so I could properly thank everyone… everyone from the reception area, to the surgical scheduler I sat with that helped me set up a payment plan for my surgery and printed everything out and explained every single thing to me in detail before I left… to the Dr, the oral surgeon and Angela the hygienist! She is awesome. I have horrible anxiety and she always makes me super comfortable. She even came and saw me right before my surgery when she didn’t have to even see me that day and went over things with me after I told her I was nervous. The dental asssitants are really good too! I am always So impressed with how professional yet friendly and personable everyone in this office is. I normally wouldn’t give such a long review lol but I am very happy that I found them, I went to someone prior a few years back in the area and left their office crying due to their rude staff and rough handling of my infected tooth. then I found Aspen and Dr. Y finished the job up with no pain or discomfort. I leave super happy every time. Thanks guys !!!"
"First, I'm very surprised by some of the negative comments. Everyone was friendly and professional. Everything was thoroughly explained and all my questions answered. My last experience at a dentist was so traumatic that I had a lot of anxiety at my first visit here. However, the dental hygienist was great, and so was the entire staff. The dentist was so good that I didn't feel anything with cavaties and a crown. Even administrating the novocain, was seamless. Yes, the prices are high, but I've seen much higher. Everything is high these days! Any lower, I would be concerned that the care I was getting would be sub par. Not here. So far, quite pleased with the Apsen Dental in Bristol, CT."
"Great experience if you like getting quoted higher than other offices in the area. Stay away if you like your money. Plenty of other offices that do the same work for much less. For what you’re paying you can fly down to Mexico get the same work done and still have money left over to enjoy your trip. Staff was nice though."
"Honestly Aspen Dental on farmington Avenue in bristol ct is fabulous. I had not been to the dentist in quite awhile upon inquiring to aspen for some tooth pain I was leary when I went but after my appointment and exam I was on my way Dr Y pulled my wisdom teeth and he was fabulous i sincerely appreciated how great at pulling teeth he was professional and prompt also steve in the finance department is great he is professional and knowledgeable and was very patient throughout the process. The receptionist is awesome she is happy smiling and a huge comfort upon any procedure she also is knowledgeable of what is going on if you need a dentist new or looking to switch Aspen is worth looking into too."
"The receptionists and the assistants are incredibly sweet. I think that's because they know what you're signing up for. No issues with them at ALL. That's why there's two stars here. I had to wait an hour for my appointment (went in at 1, sat down in the back at 2) with the oral surgeon, only to get lead back into what felt like a Butcher's shop. There's at least 4 chairs in that back office, and they are separated out by two stand alone walls on their side of the chairs. I can hear and see all the other patients in the room with me while walking to the area designated for me. Feels a little like a HIPPA violation, if you ask me. They're paid to do more per day, so by god, are they fast! I'll give 'em that. But their speed means there's little in the way patience for you. Little bedside manners from the oral surgeon. Just tilted back, a single hello, before their hands were in my mouth. Extremely jarring. Could feel the local anesthetic needle hit my jawbone when they first started to numb me. Not suppose to feel that! Didn't give me enough novacane the first time around so when the surgeon started to loosen my tooth I felt it. Unpleasant and painful, instantly. If you need a denist who will make sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure, I do not suggest aspen. If you need to get in and out of the office, I do not suggest aspen due to the wait time. If you just can't stand being in that chair, and want to get out of there as soon as possible, and don't care for anything else? Aspen's your place."
