"Snakes are COVERED in mites please please please look closely at them before considering purchasing. I think it’s extremely irresponsible selling animals that are infested, especially when a good majority of the people coming in are newbie reptile owners. A lot of the enclosures were very dirty, some of them also too small for the size of the animals. I get there’s a lot of animals to take care of, but I’ve never seen so many mites in my life. There was also a carpet python that I thought was dead, he was in really rough shape and mites were crawling all over his body and his eyes :( but he was alive, I felt awful for the snake. This place used to be my go to when they were at their old location, but it’s just depressing going in there now."

"I travel an hour to come here at least once a month. They are extremely nice and friendly to me and my three year old. I’ve gotten plenty of rodents and multiple snakes here who are thriving. You won’t find animals like these around often."
