"I stopped by this weekend and a guy was sitting at the far end of the store. It was hot in the store and the door was open. They had fans hanging from the ceiling but were not on. Stopped by the store as we are looking to adopt a puppy. The guy never came over to ask if we have questions, or were interested, or if we wanted to come in and see the puppies. He just stayed sitting at the back corner which was kind of dark as well. I felt a little weirded out and left. Not the best experience with this place."

"I just got a new puppy from Smart Puppies and the experience has been great. Our family walked into the store after seeing the adorable puppies playing, and we fell in love. We felt welcome and were able to meet and play with the puppies at leisure. I was unsure if the new puppy would get along with our dog at home and Oleg was kind enough to bring her over to our house to meet our dog the next day. We had ample time to see our dog and puppy interact and the rest is history. Oleg clearly takes great care of his puppies. Our new puppy is well adjusted and healthy. The fact that the puppies are not caged and able to play and live together makes a big difference. Our puppy already knew how to sit and use the pee pad! Even after our purchase, Oleg has been available for questions and advice. I highly recommend getting a puppy from Oleg at Smart Puppies."
