"Don’t go to the grooming salon. I had an 8:15 AM appointment this morning and there is no one there and I did not get a message of cancellation and I drove 20 minutes in the rain. I understand there are emergencies, but I left my email address and could have been told of the cancellation. No one picks up on the grooming salon phone. This is why I order pet supplies from chewy because these chain stores are not reliable or well-managed."
"Jayne is a wonderful groomer. She does a great job with our little stinker! Our dog hates getting his nails cut (he was a rescue and his little paws are deformed because whoever had him before us, never cut his nails. Very sad) she does a great job! We love her."
