We had a very unique situation, and he was so patient and work with us to take care of our very specific and demanding needs. We really appreciate that so much that he was willing to go above and beyond! We tried to book again, but it was on a Friday so they were all sold out. He even checked the availability of other hotels in the area to let us know where we might be able to stay instead. Wow, just wow!"

"I booked 2 rooms for my husband's family, they have 3 teenagers and a baby. In addition to another family with 3 children. in total 10 people. Nicolas was very kind in recommending and showing the correct rooms for families and everyone was happy in their rooms, very clean and organized. If you are looking for a place just a few steps from the center of Great Barrington that is cheap and very comfortable I highly recommend The QUALITY INN it is simply perfect, you will have breakfast and everything you need, come meet them the staff is wonderful, we will definitely come back again!"

"Dearest Reader, I had the pleasure of spending 4 days and three nights at this Quality Inn in August and enjoyed every moment. The management and staff was wonderfully helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room -as well as the building and the grounds, were neat, clean and comfortable. Its location is ideal for walking to nearby antique shops, bookstores, eateries, cafes, beautiful parks and other local attractions like the Housatonic River Walk. The Berkshire Line runs behind the property, so if you ask for a room on the back of the building -you'll have a chance to sit outside your door and watch the trains going by! My only regret is that I didn't go down for the complimentary breakfast but one day while I was there. The small, but thoughtfully prepared buffet included both hot and cold selections like, waffles, sausage links, scrambled eggs, fruit, juice, coffee and yogurt. I'm very much looking looking forward to staying here again for our next getaway to Great Barrington and the Berkshires. Best wishes to you for a great visit!"
