"Overall, a very decent store. Good selection, friendly staff, and very good prices. However, at checkout, I find it very bothersome how incessantly the cashier will harass you to sign up for whatever credit card/rewards program they promote. It happens so often that I wouldn't be surprised if the management is in some way or another forcing their workers to do this. I'll often run out of kind ways to say no thank you and resort to "mmm" and by the time I leave the store I'm a little bitter. Marshall's doesn't strike me as a very ethical company."
"Terrible service, I bought shoes and they forgot to put it in my bag but yet they did scan and it’s on the receipt and I called there and they said that I didn’t buy them…very shady questionable place. Came back, the manager of the store was very professional and took care of everything professionally and timely as well as well as she was very apologetic, as the gentleman that made the original mistake. The coordinator that was on has less professionalism and customer service skills. She has 0 professionalism and customer service very rude…"
