"Scheduled an appointment as a new patient with no insurance, and was clear over the phone that I wouldn't be able to pay for x-rays. Scheduler said no problem, and made the appointment. The appointment was cancelled due to a hygienist being sick, and when I called to reschedule I was told that x-rays would be required. If the hygienist wasn't sick, I would have been expected to pay for x-rays that I was told weren't happening, and would likely have been charged a cancellation fee if I didn't agree. It is absurd that your scheduler wouldn't have that information available when I made the appointment, and ridiculous that you would treat a potential patient without insurance that way."

"My family has been to the same dentist for 30+ years and we were all nervous to try someone new. Dr. Morelli has amazing credentials. Her staff are fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can not recommend enough!"

"Sadly I leave a not so good review. Was going to Dr Morelli for years and years, had thought we had a good relationship with my entire family (4 of us were all patients). They thought my insurance wasn't active, made me pay upfront for my son's visit which was $300+ which I complied and they said they would submit to insurance once it was "active" 6 months later I never got reimbursed and came back for his next cleaning, said again insurance wasn't active and had to pay up front even though they still owed me for the previous visit in which they all were in agreement we had active insurance since every other familymemberhad cleanings and we all paid by insurance. I absolutely refused to pay again when I actually was owed over $300 from them from the previous misunderstanding. I've been a patient for a decade and you don't trust me? I was so insulted! How unprofessional of your staff to make me feel like I'm trying to steal your services when you had $300 of my money! Which 2 weeks later I got a check in the mail for the money they owed me. Unfortunately due to this, I would not go back. After being a good standing patient for years there should have been a level of trust that if my insurance didn't pay you I'd pay the bill. She's a great dentist but this was a really unfortunate situation which the office really failed with."

"My daughter went to see Dr. Morelli for a consultation after her orthodontist suggested she might need some periodontal work. After the exam and speaking to our Orthodontist, Dr. Morelli was honest and told us she didn’t feel my daughter needed any work done. Then as I was checking out I was told she wasn’t going to charge us for the office visit. I was pleasantly surprised! How often does that happen?! The office is new and modern and staff is wonderful. Although we had no work done this time, I will absolutely be back when we do."
