"I hadn't been to a dentist in many years and had a dental emergency. Dr. Hassan's office were able to get me scheduled as a new patient the same day and treat my emergency. I was so impressed by the level of experience and confidence of both Dr. Hassan and her staff. They made me feel welcome and at ease and I left knowing I had put my care in good hands. I was so impressed in 15 minutes I decided to go through with care even though I was out of network with my current insurance. Dr. Hassan's front desk team was extremely thorough with their insurance verification and came through with the detailed information I needed to make my care decision and with options on how to do it affordably, even out of network. I have worked with a lot of clinicians and healthcare professionals in my career and I know when I meet those who really care and you can trust to give you everything you need to make the right care choices and execute that care with confidence. I will definitely be establishing the rest of my family's care with this practice and continue going myself."

"Where do is start? Did a great job with my son who was a bit on edge at first. The hygienist was very patient with him and for that I chose to stay. I was down talked when I passed on the fluoride for my son. Btw Fluoride is in our city water and his toothpaste and when consumed too much can be toxic and he already is very sensitive to many things…When it came to my appointment it was a whole different story. Asked if I had issues, which I explained. None of them were addressed instead I got rudely chewed out for missing my last cleaning (got called into work) and called to let them know and it was such a problem that it’s brought up every time I call. I needed fillings I’ve had from childhood redone that were completed Saturday. I was asked if i could bite down while both sides of my mouth were completely numb (for SEVERAL hours). After the numbness went away I realized I couldn’t bite down, the fillings were way too long on both sides of my mouth, another one of my teeth was shaved down so much it’s shorter than all my others, and the filling is so thick i can’t floss between my teeth. I was there from 1 until 2:15 and they close at 2pm so in my opinion it all felt very rushed. I called back after I left and was told to call Monday to get back in, (although bite concerns are emergency work) and was told to come during work or leave early. Or call back so they can see when I can come, not that they were willing to allow me to come on my own time considering the numerous mistakes that were made. Luckily having family that have been in dentistry for years I had my mouth examined and had confirmed I had reasons to be concerned. Unbelievable! My family and I will be going elsewhere after I get this bite fixed. Learn how to speak to your clients with kindness, care, and compassion. Treat everyone with respect and don’t talk down to people.
