"Not that great. I got Meatballs and a turkey sub with extra onions. Pretty simple order. Meatballs were kinda gross and I'm not sure what their idea of extra onions is but they were lacking the extra part. I can get a better sub a florys gas station. I'm not impressed, and most likely won't go back."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a sever dairy allergy in our household, I order a salad pizza and pasta without dairy, and all was delivered with cheese. Mistakes happen, I understand that, so I kindly called Fratello’s to let them know the situation, I spoke to Hayden on the phone, who claims to be the manager…. And she said “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do about it even if you have a food allergy. Maybe call Grubhub and they can do something about it”. I didn’t argue with her because that’s not my style. So I guess I’m eating my $59.00, not eating dinner and never ordering here again. So disappointing! Buyer beware"
