"We were so lucky to find this place! Ana provided a well-appointed room with en-suite bath, balcony and marvelous view. Everything was perfect. The breakfast included delicious homemade bread, fruits, yogurt, cereals, cooked items to order, on and on. We feasted every morning. Short walk to places to eat in the village. Highly recommend."
"Anna is a delightful and thoughtful host."
"My wife and I were warmly greeted by Ana on arrival and shown to our room which was bathed in sunlight and we immediately felt at home. We chose to stay in Captain Eady's lookout and what views we had it made paying the extra "well worth it". The room and ensuite were scrupulously clean and our breakfasts were magnificent. This location is but a short drive to the Portobello Hotel where a good evening meal is available and if you require something more intimate the 1908 Cafe is just across the road from the hotel. The weather couldn't have been better for cycling which we did a lot of and our two days seemed to fly by. I can assure readers we will be returning to this establishment and suggest if you are visiting Dunedin, NZ. book Captain Eady's Lookout as it is absolutely unique."
"Hidden but beautiful place, friendly hosts, marvelous view, it is a recommendation!"
