Welcome to Tash Lockie Yoga, located at Napier, Lee Road, 12 in beautiful Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. As an establishment, point of interest, and school, we offer a range of yoga classes and courses for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

If you're new to yoga or looking for regular classes in Hawkes Bay that are safe, supportive, relaxed, and even fun, you've come to the right place! Tash Lockie, the founder of Tash Lockie Yoga, has years of experience in teaching yoga and has successfully introduced over 1000 people to the practice through her beginners course.

Previously known as Beginner Yogi and now called The Yoga Studio, Tash Lockie's yoga studio in Wellington was renowned for its beginners course. Now, Tash is excited to share her love for yoga with the community in Hawke's Bay. Located at Exhale Yoga Studio (formerly Yin Yoga) in Napier, Tash Lockie Yoga offers a welcoming and nurturing environment for individuals to learn and practice yoga.

The 6-week beginners course is suitable for individuals aged 16 years and above. If you have a younger family member who wants to join, have a history of injuries, or are pregnant, please reach out to Tash directly to discuss your specific needs.

To participate in the beginners course, all you need is comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. However, please note that the beginners yoga courses were previously held at Exhale Yoga in Napier, which unfortunately closed in April 2023. Tash is currently in search of a suitable replacement venue to continue running the courses from.

If you're unable to attend the beginners course in person, Tash Lockie Yoga also offers an online platform called YogaLight. This platform provides access to Tash's beginners course as well as over 100 yoga, meditation, and mindfulness classes. It's a convenient way to enjoy the benefits of yoga from the comfort of your own home.
