Leading our team is Neil Wagstaff, our leader and chief. Neil is not only a health, fitness, and wellness guru, but also an all-round good guy. His expertise extends beyond traditional fitness training, as he is also the driving force behind our Epigenetics and Run Coaching programs. With Neil's guidance, you can take your fitness journey to the next level and achieve results you never thought possible.
We understand that life can be busy, which is why we offer flexible staffed hours to accommodate your schedule. From Monday to Thursday, we are open from 05.30 am to 08.00 pm. On Fridays, our doors are open from 05.30 am to 07.00 pm. Saturdays and Sundays offer a slightly shorter window, with opening hours from 07.00 am to 12.00 pm. We are here for you whenever you need us.

The owners are so friendly and passionate about healthy living and supporting the local Community. This flows through to their staff and members as well - like attracts like. I was only able to use it for a week while on university break, but the staff all made me feel so welcome and apart of a great community which made me feel very excited to go. I tried a lot of the group fitness classes and they were all great! My favourites where BodyPump and RPM, but all of the instructors where incredible.
