"Terrible customer service and poor management. One of my favourite stores, tho this one in particular gave me the worst experience i've ever had at any Warehouse. They would not sell me a product due to it being the last one. I would have understood and been okay with how things turned out, but when i returned about 15 minutes later, the person who was dealing with me said that he had sold it to someone else. I wasn't able to get his name because he did not have his badge on which is very unprofessional. When dealing with customers, making things personal and getting emotional is very silly."

"Bit rude really, rushed all the way across town because mum needed a chilly bin to receive meals on wheels that started the following day. Hockey training finished after 8:30pm. At 8:52pm the man rudely told me it was closed and I could not run in to grab it. Would have taken 2 minutes. Misleading to say it's open till 9pm. Staff all knocked off and leaving the premises at 8:57pm"

"I have done a click and collect. However I was charged a Delivery fee of $30 which is odd. Then I went and inquire from Hastings Warehouse. “The lady was like “ I don’t know… it’s charged by online team”, it was not us” It was really rude the way she told that. It was my 1st and last click and collect. Never going to order from them again. Keep up the awesome service… sorry too awesome service"
