"The staff are just disgusting young immature lazy young group of females under the age of 20, i went to cotton on today, 1500 on a Sunday date:7/08/2022 I walk in I can hear a large group of girls gossiping as I could hear there voices and laughs in a disgusting loud manner, I turn over to see who it is, atleast 4 staff members behind the counter laughing and snickering on about how they saw a woman wearing clothing and saying comments such as she wears half nothing down town, I look over none of them actually doing there job, im just appalled by NZ standard of customer services especially the one I witnessed today, as I approached the staff to pay for my items, it came to a total of $135 I asked is the items on sale it says 2 for $40 the total should have come to $80, the staff and I walk over to check, it said bras only in small letters under the large printed words ANY 2 for $40 they had biker shorts and brass put together which made it confusing, the staff still continued to be unprofessional, as I spoke one even laughing as I was greeted."
