"my card "declined" 25th Feb. due to my credit card being worn out so they put through manual transaction but the signature was faded so paid by eftpos, later on i find i had been charged to my credit card its now 19th May and Baby factory is still holding my $140 saying my its my bank which its not. Not to mention all the time spent trying to get it back and two trips to Hastings Branch which is approx $80 gas, n They've been such a nightmare to deal with over a simple refund!."
