To ensure that our activities remain focused on individuals with emotional and mental illness, we require a referral from a mental health service or General Practitioner for attendance. This ensures that our programs cater specifically to the needs of our members, providing them with the support they require.

Our center is conveniently located at the Sydenham Bowling Club, with parking available off Barnett Avenue. This accessible location allows our members to easily access our facilities and participate in the various sessions we offer. Our sessions run from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, providing ample opportunities for our members to engage in activities that enrich their lives.
