In line with the current guidelines, masks are no longer compulsory within our surgery. However, we kindly request that if you have any flu-like symptoms, please wear a mask during your visit. We have masks available at our reception for anyone who wishes to wear one. Our staff have the freedom to choose whether or not to wear masks, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. We encourage all visitors to practice kindness and consideration towards one another.
In the interest of maintaining a safe and healthy environment, we ask that if you experience any symptoms related to Covid-19 or the flu, please call our reception upon arrival and wait in your car. These symptoms may include a cough, cold, sore throat, and even an upset stomach. To ensure the safety of all patients and staff, we recommend undertaking a Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) on the same day as your appointment or arriving 15 minutes early for our nurses to assist you.
We understand that schedules can change, and we respect your time. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify our reception at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation or no-show fee of $19.50. Please be aware that if you arrive more than 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no-show and may be charged the cancellation fee. We kindly request that you rebook your appointment in such cases.

If any individual displays threatening or disruptive behavior towards our team members, it may be necessary to ask them to leave and potentially terminate their enrollment with our institution.

"It was my really bad moment with Dr ANNIE,I had been there to check my medical for job,I was confuse to fill some answer of question on form so it was blank. She said me “if you don’t fill this answer of question I’ll say GOOD BYE”she was repeating several times very rudely same thing that made me sad.She could tell me to fill or remind me to fill answer instead saying (I’ll say GOOD BYE)after that I said,I do this now then she THROW THE PEN FRONT OF ME ON THE FORM INSTED GIVING ON HAND ALMOST FROM 2 FEET AWAY. Few second later she said “WELCOME TO NEW ZEALAND in New Zealand you need to fill all the answer of question” Now my question why she said welcome to New Zealand?and who is she to welcome me in New Zealand? Then she told me to follow her to do some kind of exercise (bend body down,touch the toes,run etc)in run moment she said “COME ON I AM RUNNING FASTER THAN YOU” Is that good she compared someone with her as a doctor? Was that things necessary to say as a doctor? At last I say everything what she said or did to me might be good and acceptable during start to end that moment but she did rude way with me that I feel. Another female doctor (forget name)was good,very polite and professional who had checked my height,weight,blood pressure,sugar level,eye with friendly and professional way,I wanna give her more thanks."
