Puahue Playcentre

Welcome to Puahue Playcentre, located in the beautiful rural area of Puahue, just a short 10-minute drive from Te Awamutu. As a friendly and fun group of parents and grandparents, we are dedicated to providing a loving and nurturing learning environment for children aged 0-5.

Our grounds are open plan, allowing children to freely explore and discover in a safe and stimulating environment. With a wonderful playground featuring various play areas, our little ones have endless opportunities for imaginative play, physical activity, and social interaction.

Situated between the community hall and Puahue Primary School, our purpose-built building is the perfect setting for our sessions. We are proud to have close ties with the school, utilizing some of their facilities and offering group school visits. This seamless transition from our playcentre to school ensures a smooth and comfortable start for our children. It's worth mentioning that some of our teachers are even former playcentre mums!

At Puahue Playcentre, we prioritize the safety and privacy of our members. Any information collected through our online system is securely stored and can only be accessed by members of our centre, as well as regional and national employees of Playcentre Aotearoa.
