I purchased a Google Chromecast with Google tv dongle with hope of using installed apps plus tvnz plus app. Tvnz plus app is unable to be used in NZ according to chromecast unit???. "I waiked in and was told I couldn't walk behind the counter as I was unaware I was behind it great welcome to noel leeming te awamutu.the body language from server was like you don't look right and from there service from her was abrut. A group of others stood steering as if I was being judged by what I looked like. My enquiry was for a powerful lap top and prices as to which the server was not listening to my reason and it was for a project I intended to use it for. It's so easy for customer to go elsewhere where service is important.the likes of jb hifi Harvey Norman's etc. Not happy sorry."
