"staff are very friendly and those willing to learn will do well."
"Most of the teachers have an attitude problem despite never meeting them prior to talking to them, uniform is overpriced, heaps of unnecessary rules. Do not send your child to this school"
"My cousin got bullied so much they had to drop out and the school did nothing about it, some more of my friends are dropping out because of the same reason. the school is filthy because of the students. I think the education system is screwed and everyone born after 2010 is doomed to be more stupid than a person with no brain, but that would be an insult... to the person with no brain... Its not the teachers fault, its the way they're being made to teach their subjects. The teachers are all really nice though. to me at least, so they get an extra star for that. REALLY wouldn't recommend sending someone here if you care about their mental heath."
"Used to buy and sell my drugs here was very profitable for my 14yo self haha I'm sure the teachers were as blazed as I was.. also used to huff petrol at lunch time was a buzz.. I can't imagine things could have changed in 15 years this place was broken... There was a race war happen here too teachers would egg us on"
"During my time at Te Awamutu College was alright. However I had a lot of teachers despise me and there are a lot of caring teachers here that give you the opportunity to try what you want and what you want to learn. My time here was awful one teacher told me I could resub the first assessment we did and they told to buzz off and mentions only the two recent assessments with no feedback just told me I was too far from resubbing this teacher has proceeded to break a promise of me getting a resub to at an achieved during booster week. In a few of my classes in previous years I've had teachers that were unmotivated and didn't take the role as a teacher and let numerous people disrupt learning, because of that I dropped a subject that I use to enjoy. On the other hand there is a bunch of teachers that will actually take the genuine time to look at each student's work and progress, they make learning actually fun, there was the occasional days where we take time off work that boost the efficiently of work it made me feel bad every time I had to ask for extensions. I cannot raise it lower or increase it because of how much I suffered through the school and there are some of the greatest teachers there."
