Since 1990, Keith has been using his expertise to build custom-designed 'stills' for distilling lavender essential oil. In 1995, we expanded our services to include contract distillation for other lavender growers, earning us the reputation of having one of the best distilleries in Canterbury. Our dedication to quality has even garnered us prestigious awards.
