We want to inform our valued clients that after decades of serving the community and helping couples find their own path, our esteemed counsellor Jeff has retired. With over thirty years of experience, our institution has been dedicated to providing exceptional couple, marriage, and family counselling services. We specialize in assisting couples and individuals with a wide range of difficulties, particularly in relationships and conflict management skills. Our goal is to help you navigate through the challenges and find a path towards a happier and healthier relationship.

For the past 13 years, we have primarily used Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) when working with couples. This approach to couples therapy has been extensively researched and has shown high rates of success. Through EFT, couples gain insight into their interactions and become naturally motivated to make positive changes.

However, we have recently introduced a new model called Integrated Relationship Therapy (IRT). This model, developed over time, offers a clear step-by-step process that is easy to understand and implement. By utilizing IRT, couples can effectively address their issues and develop healthier patterns of communication and interaction.

During the initial sessions, we focus on de-escalating tensions and resolving arguments that keep couples stuck in unhealthy patterns. But our services go beyond that. We aim to help you understand why you and many others find yourselves caught in patterns you never thought possible. Through our guidance and expertise, you will gain valuable insights into your relationship dynamics and discover new ways to build a strong and fulfilling partnership.
