Welcome to Longview Taurima Hostel, Hamilton's premier student accommodation! Located at 17 Cameron Road, our establishment offers a comfortable and welcoming home away from home for students studying in Hamilton.

At Taurima, which means "a place of shelter," we prioritize your well-being and independence. Our residents are primarily tertiary-level students who are living away from home for the first time. With an average age of 18, you'll be surrounded by peers who understand the challenges and excitement of this new chapter in your life.

One of the highlights of living at Taurima is our communal dining experience. We all gather together for lunch and dinner, fostering a sense of community and helping you quickly get to know your fellow residents. Our food has gained an excellent reputation, as we pride ourselves on serving good, honest meals. Unlike larger hostels, our smaller size allows us to provide food that doesn't have that "mass-produced" look and taste.

With a Christian background and heritage, our hostel offers a safe and welcoming environment. We are conveniently located near Waikato University, making it easy for you to access your classes and participate in campus activities. Our single rooms are warm and comfortable, providing the perfect space for you to study and relax.
