"Slowest in the world. I bought a house while my neighbour doing EQC repair for just a double garage. After many months that one garage is still under construction. Workers occasionally working in there. I want to do a raising garden in front of my house have to wait for them to finish the fence. Never ending project. I assume they have other bigger projects and this is not a priority for them."
