Motus Lincoln Physiotherapy
About the Business
Welcome to Motus Lincoln Physiotherapy, your premier destination for collaborative physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and exercise services in New Zealand. Located at Lincoln, Vernon Drive, 3, our institution is dedicated to helping you return to doing what you love.
At Motus Lincoln, we are locals just like you. When we're not at the clinic, you can often find us on the sports field, at the Selwyn Netball Centre, in the gym, or at Lincoln University. We are deeply committed to staying up to date with the latest clinical approaches, ensuring that we can provide specialized care for even the most complex injuries.
If you're in need of friendly, careful, and expert care near you, we are here to help. Our team of experienced physiotherapists is passionate about helping patients from all walks of life achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Whether it's Aaron's dedication to patient success or Sam's drive to push patients towards their goals, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
We have a diverse range of physios at Motus Lincoln, each with their own unique specialties and interests. Chris specializes in treating sports injuries, particularly those affecting the neck, shoulder, knee, and back. Andie is a hand therapist with a strong background in sports physiotherapy, and she has worked with several age-grade representative teams. Steph's background in netball, running, and martial arts has given her a keen interest in sports rehabilitation. Brett enjoys working with patients to unravel tricky injuries, and our team of physios is dedicated to providing consistent quality and personalized healthcare that you can rely on.
At Motus Health, physiotherapy is what we do best. Since our formation, we have worked tirelessly to deliver patient and community-focused physiotherapy in clinics that prioritize learning and advancing clinical skills. We provide our physios with strong clinical governance, training, and commercial leadership to ensure the highest standards of care.
Our graduate program offers a unique experience for physiotherapists looking for that something extra. With a competitive salary package, ongoing professional development allowance, comprehensive in-service program, and mentoring with postgraduate qualified colleagues, being with Motus Health is more than just a job. We believe that excellent outcomes for our patients start with great teams of well-supported professionals, and we place significant emphasis on offering up-to-date resources, mentoring, development opportunities, and clinical exposure.
When it comes to your health, we understand the importance of starting in the right place. If you're severely injured or unwell, we recommend visiting a GP or emergency doctor. However, for muscular and joint rehabilitation, pain, or injury, heading to a Motus Health physio is a smart move. Our physios are trained to diagnose and treat these conditions specifically and accurately. We can also sign and submit an ACC claim for you if you have an accident-related injury, and we'll refer you to your GP, a sports doctor, or another specialist if needed.
Before your appointment, we'll invite you to fill out a secure online form that tells us a little about your needs and allows you to consent to treatment. If you prefer, you can also fill out the form at the clinic, just arrive 5 minutes earlier than planned. During your appointment, your physio will ask about your injury or issue, your pain levels, your goals, and more. At Motus Health, we take a holistic approach to your care, so your physio may also ask some general health and wellbeing questions if appropriate. Functional movement testing will be conducted to assess your issue, and all this information helps us determine a diagnosis and treatment plan that helps you achieve your goals. We are always available to answer any questions you may have along the way.
Whether you're looking to manage or rehabilitate an injury, improve movement or physical function, reduce pain, or rehabilitate after surgery, physiotherapy is for you. Our dedicated team at Motus Lincoln will carefully diagnose your problem and design an individual care plan to help you get back to your best. We understand that physiotherapy is not only centered around injury, but also about helping you achieve your athletic goals, whether that's running faster, throwing further, or jumping higher.
Experience the difference at Motus Lincoln Physiotherapy. Book your appointment today and let us help you on your journey to better health and wellness.

Reviews
"Steph Foster is an absolute rockstar. She guided my rehab from a badly broken ankle brilliantly."
"Professional staff that know what they're doing! Always good banter also! Highly recommend them!"
"I've been seeing Chris Yoo at Motus Lincoln and he is far and away the best physiotherapist I've ever seen. Chris clearly explains the diagnosis and the treatments in ways that are easy to understand. He also sends a follow up plan via physiapp which prescribes specific exercises to do, with intructional videos and the ability to track your progress. Also, he has a lovely manner, comes across as genuinely kind and caring, and makes you feel very comfortable. If you have an injury or pain, I can't recommend him highly enough."
"Motus Lincoln provides best services, right guidance and have qualified and trained staff. I would like to thank Brett who has helped me recover from my back injury with his regular instructions and motivation."
"Awesome physio Vicky, helped me out with niggling calf injury through to improving my running style. Highly recommend"
