Welcome to Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Kura Kokiri, located in Kairua on Welcome Bay Road. Our institution is a unique establishment that serves as a point of interest and a school.

Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Kura Kokiri follows the principles of Te Aho Matua, focusing on the holistic development of our students. We aim to empower them to be strong, resilient, and proud Māori individuals, while fostering a sense of unity and support within our community.

Our institution is like a double-hulled canoe, navigating through the crashing waves, reaching for excellence and success, and connecting with the realms of Tangaroa, the god of the sea, and the world of enlightenment. We extend a warm invitation to all to join us on this journey of learning and growth.

We offer several educational programs to cater to different age groups:

- Wāhanga Kirikawa: Monday 31st January to Friday 6th April

- Wāhanga Maeke: Monday 24th April to Friday 30th June

- Wāhanga Puawai: Monday 17th July to Friday 22nd September

- Wāhanga Pohutu: Monday 9th October to before 20th December
